MARKING CRITERIA

RULES & REGULATION

Model hair MUST NOT be pre-set prior to the competition.
Participant and model age : 18 years and above. Anyone below that age, need to present consent letter/document from the respective guardian.
Styling tools : all styling tools are allowed.
Products : participants need to use sponsored products. If the product is not available, participants is allowed to use other products.
Colored model hair is acceptable.
Hair addition and supports are FORBIDDEN.
Use of Props from neck to head are FORBIDDEN. (E.g, sunglasses)
Face painting is FORBIDDEN.
Hair fiber is FORBIDDEN.
All participants cannot touch model’s hair when time duration ended.
Participants and model attire should be something appropriate. No specific guideline.
Participants who are late can be disqualified.
No refund if participant decide to withdraw.
